Amazon Launches 15-Minute Grocery Delivery Service in Brazil

Amazon has introduced its Amazon Now service in Brazil, offering grocery and essentials delivery within 15 minutes as competition intensifies in rapid commerce.

The rollout begins in São Paulo, targeting urban consumers seeking speed and convenience in everyday purchases.

According to Amazon Brasil executive Fernanda Grumach, the service aims to redefine the local online shopping experience.

Expansion is planned by March 9, with coverage extending to seven additional Brazilian cities.

Amazon Now focuses on high-demand essentials, including groceries and household staples.

The launch strengthens Amazon’s footprint in Latin America’s largest economy.

Rapid delivery services have grown sharply as consumers prioritize immediacy and digital convenience.

With this move, Amazon deepens its push into Brazil’s competitive quick-commerce market.
