CoreWeave Secures $21B Deal With Meta to Power AI Expansion

The long-term deal will provide Meta with significant cloud capacity as it scales systems to support increasingly complex AI workloads.

The agreement extends through December 2032, marking a major expansion of the companies’ existing strategic partnership.

Following the announcement, CoreWeave shares surged nearly 8% in premarket trading, reflecting strong investor confidence in the company’s growth trajectory.

The partnership highlights rising demand for specialized cloud providers capable of delivering high-performance computing for large-scale AI applications.
